- Write down 2 observations you have as you evaluated your compliance with the program.

- As the last day of this program, there are many different options you can choose. Here are 3 suggested options:
- Maintain your current Daily Routine for the next 13 weeks as is, then re-evaluate.
- Continue a pattern, where you build on your Daily Routine every other week, then re-evaluate program in 13 weeks.
- Maintain your current Daily Routine, but start over from week one with a new behavior change goal.
