  • At the end of the week, you will have identified any individuals or groups you need to manage to avoid negative support.
  • At the end of the week, you will have enlisted 1 individual or group to support your efforts.

Comments:

  • There are very few journeys that we complete in isolation. Even when you feel like you are doing the work without much support, there are individuals or groups that can unintentionally influence how you live. This week is about taking the time to understand what positive social support looks like, then identifying how we can enlist that support to improve your chances of success.

  • Review the list of 3 individuals or groups you made yesterday, choose one of them to reach out to.
  • Contact that individual or group and ask for them to support your compliance to your daily routine.

  • Write down the names of individuals or groups that are a barrier to your success or provide negative support.
  • If you have names on your list, write 2 strategies you can implement to manage those individuals or groups.
