    • There have been 84 days, what percentage of those days did you complete the work?
  • Write down 2 observations you have as you evaluated your compliance with the program.

Day Ninty-One:

  • As the last day of this program, there are many different options you can choose. Here are 3 suggested options:

    • Maintain your current Daily Routine for the next 13 weeks as is, then re-evaluate.
    • Continue a pattern, where you build on your Daily Routine every other week, then re-evaluate program in 13 weeks.
    • Maintain your current Daily Routine, but start over from week one with a new behavior change goal.
